Broka, the sourcing platform for bridging and development finance, has become an official Partner of the NACFB.
Broka connects brokers with more than 250+ approved lenders in one place, allowing them to request and compare terms quickly. By simplifying what has traditionally been a slow, fragmented process, the platform helps brokers reduce admin and spend more time with clients.
For lenders, Broka provides visibility with an active network of engaged brokers. This creates a more direct and efficient way to showcase products at the right moment — when brokers are sourcing finance.
